Easy to make, gooey and chewy chocolate brownies.
Here at the Sirius Buying Group, we have heard from a number of our Members on what recipes they enjoy cooking the most with their small kitchen appliances. Take a look at the easy double chocolate brownie recipe below…
Ingredients:
- 175g unsalted butter
- 100g 70% dark chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
- 300g caster sugar
- 75g plain flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160 fan°C/mark 4.
- Melt 75g of dark chocolate, 75g of white chocolate and the butter together over a pan of simmering water and leave to cool for 20 minutes.
- Whisk together the eggs and sugar until stiff.
- Fold the chocolate mix into the egg mix, followed by the flour, cocoa powder and salt until combined.Â
- Break the remaining 50g of chocolate into small chunks and add to the mixture.Â
- Add the mixture to a lined square baking tin and cook for 30-35 minutes.
